Inplas - Projects for Film
Inplas Fabrications Ltd were commissioned to create the four great glass elevators used in the blockbuster movie Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Fabricated from 25mm, 30mm and 40mm clear Perspex the elevators were given a stunning finish using a brand new bonding technique to ensure perfect joint clarity.
Working on Thunderbirds The Movie, Inplas were commissioned to mould the three piece roof for Lady Penelope’s pink limousine, along with many other items used on the sets.
We have also worked on many other projects for large studios, including: James Bond - Die Another Day, James Bond - Casino Royale, Harry Potter, Flight 93, Children of Men, Breaking & Entering and The Golden Compass.
